Our squares are made with gluten-free sourdough discard and our signature gluten-free flour blend, featuring white rice flour, potato starch, whole sorghum flour, brown rice flour, chickpea flour, whole quinoa flour and xanthan gum. Raspberries, lemon juice and citric acid provide a bright fruit flavour that balances the sweetness of the coconut layer.
