Welcome to Northern Delights Bakery. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

🛒 Orders & Availability

  • All products are made in small batches and subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion
  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received

📅 Pre-Orders & Pickup

  • We operate primarily on a pre-order and pickup basis
  • Pickup locations may include:
    • Local markets (e.g., Stratford Farmers Market, Keady Livestock Market)
    • Special event markets
  • Customers are responsible for arriving at the scheduled pickup time

Failure to pick up your order may result in:

  • Product forfeiture
  • No refund (due to perishable nature)

💳 Payments

  • Payments must be completed via:
    • E-transfer (preferred)
    • Other approved methods (if offered)
  • E-transfer instructions:
    • Include order number and name in the message field
  • Orders will not be prepared without confirmed payment

⚠️ Allergens & Food Safety

  • We are not a dedicated gluten-free facility
  • Our kitchen processes:
    • Gluten, dairy, nuts, corn, and other allergens
  • While we take precautions, cross-contact may occur

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • You understand the risk
  • You are responsible for assessing your dietary needs

📦 Product Handling & Storage

Once products are picked up:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer
  • We are not liable for:
    • Improper storage
    • Spoilage after pickup
    • Damage during transport

We recommend:

  • Refrigerating or freezing items as needed
  • Following storage instructions provided

❌ Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders must be cancelled or changed at least 48 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds
  • Custom or large orders may require non-refundable deposits

🔁 Refunds & Issues

  • All food sales are final
  • If there is an issue with your order:
    • Contact us within 24 hours of pickup
    • Provide details and photos

Resolutions may include:

  • Store credit
  • Replacement
  • Refund (case-by-case)

📸 Marketing & Product Representation

  • Product images are for marketing purposes
  • As all items are handmade:
    • Appearance may vary slightly
    • Portion sizes and finishes may differ

🚫 Resale & Brand Use

  • Northern Delights Bakery products may not be:
    • Resold without permission
    • Rebranded or marketed under another name

Unauthorized use of our brand, logo, or content is prohibited.

  • Allergic reactions
  • Misuse or improper storage of products
  • Indirect or incidental damages
