Northern Delights Bakery – Return & Refund Policy

At Northern Delights Bakery, every item is handcrafted with care using quality ingredients. Because our products are fresh, made-to-order, and perishable, we have the following policy in place:


🍞 Fresh Product Policy (Food Items)

Due to the nature of baked goods:

  • All sales are final on fresh food items
  • We do not accept returns on baked goods for health and safety reasons

💬 If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of pickup
  • Provide:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos (if applicable)

We will review and may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A store credit
  • A partial or full refund (case-by-case)

⚠️ Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer

We take care in preparation, however:

  • We are NOT a dedicated gluten-free facility
  • Our kitchen processes gluten, dairy, nuts, and other allergens
  • Cross-contact may occur

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.


📦 Order Pickup Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time
  • We are not responsible for product quality after pickup (including:
    • Improper storage
    • Weather exposure
    • Delayed pickup)

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund
  • Custom or large orders may require non-refundable deposits

💳 Payment & Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued via:
    • E-transfer (preferred method)
    • Or original payment method (if applicable)
  • Please allow 2–5 business days for processing
