Northern Delights Bakery – Return & Refund Policy
At Northern Delights Bakery, every item is handcrafted with care using quality ingredients. Because our products are fresh, made-to-order, and perishable, we have the following policy in place:
🍞 Fresh Product Policy (Food Items)
Due to the nature of baked goods:
- All sales are final on fresh food items
- We do not accept returns on baked goods for health and safety reasons
💬 If There’s an Issue With Your Order
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right:
- Contact us within 24 hours of pickup
- Provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We will review and may offer:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- A partial or full refund (case-by-case)
⚠️ Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer
We take care in preparation, however:
- We are NOT a dedicated gluten-free facility
- Our kitchen processes gluten, dairy, nuts, and other allergens
- Cross-contact may occur
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
📦 Order Pickup Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time
- We are not responsible for product quality after pickup (including:
- Improper storage
- Weather exposure
- Delayed pickup)
❌ Order Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund
- Custom or large orders may require non-refundable deposits
💳 Payment & Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued via:
- E-transfer (preferred method)
- Or original payment method (if applicable)
- Please allow 2–5 business days for processing
